108

Last night I rang in the new year with 108 sun salutations at yoga.
I am dying today!
I haven't worked that hard since drill team in high school.
But man, do I feel accomplished!
It took me one hour, 45 minutes.
I just wanted to let everyone know how buff I am.

FYI: 108 has special meaning for yogi's.
There are 108 prayer beads.
Broken down into thirds, the first 36 stand for the past,
the next 36 for the present,
the last 36 for the future.
It also means a wholeness for existence, and
connects the sun, moon, and the earth.
There are also 108 sacred places in the body.

You forgot the 108 sore muscles I had to rub in your back last night.

And the 108 toys Adelaide and I got out and played with while you were gone.

108 also has a significance because if the government ever found out who I was, that's how many consecutive life sentences I would be serving.

Not to mention the 108th day of the year is April 17 (due to leap year). Lets all ponder that for a minute.

I have no idea what you were talking about but
GOOD FOR YOU! Sounds impressive and I know you're buff. All you have are muscles and not an inkling of fat! Now I know your secret...yoga. I'll have to look into that!
