The good news is I am ok. The bad news is our car is not.
The good news is the other driver has insurance. The bad news is I have to deal with insurance.
The good news is it was the other driver's fault. The bad news is I feel a little violated.
The good news is I am not injured. The bad news is it took almost five hours at the hospital to make sure.
The good news is, that same night, May won her chili cook-off. The bad news is there was none left for me.
I'm so tired.

That BLOWS! Sorry chief... Insurance companies are brutal to deal with.. Stand Strong, and get what you deserve for that car. Hopefully they will say it is totalled so you don't have to deal with a repaired car. They always try to low ball the value also. The good news is you will have a new car soon, and the better news is that you are OK!

I made a few personal changes though.
1. I used pork
2. I used 2 pounds instead of 1 1/2
3. I used a mix of all of those beans
4. I used tomatoes from my garden instead of canned.
5. I doubled the amount of chili powder, maybe even a little more.
6. I did not add the water.
I hope it works out for you, it did for me and it was delicious!
